Staff Training and Consultation

In addition to attending a workshop, school districts and teachers often find in-service and hands-on consultation helpful when setting up programs for children with autism. STAR Autism Support can provide workshops and consultation services to help run an effective program for children with autism. The following consultative services can be provided school districts:

In-service Workshops:

• Program / Classroom set-up

• Individual Student Program set-up

• Student Assessment

• Hands-on work with students to provide training to staff

• Small group staff training at the site (before and/or after hands-on training)
