DevOps Engineer Opening

STAR Autism Support is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join as our next integral member of the technology team. If you are interested in building a robust and scalable infrastructure in Kubernetes on a variety of different cloud platforms. We're looking for someone to maintain, update, and architect our infrastructure, our pipelines, and some of the automation for our array of web-based products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and update our current cloud-based infrastructure
  • Design new infrastructure for upcoming projects
  • Produce and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist with automation of tests
  • Assist with backend development
  • Participate in R&D efforts for new products

Required skills:

  • Demonstrable success in management of production-ready cloud environments
  • Experience with Kubernetes, including development of Helm charts
  • Experience with containerized environments
  • Experience with configuration of CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with OOP languages for web products

Pluses:

  • Experience in Data Modeling
  • Experience in Software Architecture
  • Experience in Test Automation
  • Passion for R&D in diverse technologies
  • Experience working with software in regulated industries (IE: FERPA-compliant implementation)
  • Experience with AWS
