The Anne Arundel County Birth to 5 team will share how they are bridging the gap between evidence-based practices and the realities of public school classrooms. Director of Birth-5 Programming, Sonya McElroy, and Coordinator of Birth-5 Programming, Jean Raymond, will highlight their efforts to integrate effective instructional strategies across diverse early childhood settings, equip educators with inclusive resources and practical tools, and strengthen classroom quality through systematic coaching and ongoing support.
