STAR Coaches are educators trained to support implementation of The STAR Program, Links Curriculum, and SOLER Curriculum within their school or district. Coaches model instruction, observe classrooms, give feedback, and help build sustainable fidelity over time. Many coaches also support new staff onboarding.

You must have at least three years of experience implementing our programs in a classroom setting, demonstrated procedural fidelity, and support from your district. We also welcome BCBAs, special education coordinators, and lead teachers with comparable experience.

The Certified STAR Coach training is a cohort-based program that runs across one school year. Cohorts meet virtually monthly, complete classroom observations, submit fidelity videos for feedback, and finish with a portfolio review. Total time commitment is roughly 60 hours across the year.

Yes, there is a per-coach training fee, but most districts cover this as part of their STAR Autism Support partnership. We also offer scholarships for educators in under-resourced districts. Contact us for current pricing.

Certified STAR Coaches join an ongoing community of practice, get continued access to the STAR Autism Support team, and are invited to contribute to research projects, panel discussions, and the Autism Annex podcast.
